In honour of Lao PDR delegation headed by H.E. Sommath Pholsena, Minister of transport and public work, Chairman of the Laotian-Russian Friendship Society and on the occasion of signing the Protocol of cooperation in the field of culture and education the ceremonial party was arranged in the building of TASS club on September 4.2008.
The corresponding Protocol was signed by Mr. V.Sokolin, Chief of the State Federal Statistic Department, Chairman of the Russian-Laotian Friendship Society and H.E. Sommath Pholsena, Minister of transport and public work, Chairman of the Laotian-Russian Friendship Society. After the signning both
parties noted with satisfaction that the bilateral relations between our countries were getting more enlarging
from year to year and voiced the hope that this event will serve for their futher development and strengthening. The official reception was held in friendly and cordial atmosphere.
