In connection with the 50th Anniversary of the Russian Society for Solidarity and Cooperation with Asia and Africa (RSSCAA) a number of outstanding Russian diplomats given to work in developing countries were decorated with orders and medal thus receiving recognition of their merits. The awards were presented by Mr. A. Dzasokhov - member of the Federation Council, ex-President of the Republic of North Ossetia Alania and Mr. K. Koshev - Deputy Chairman of the Council of the RSSCAA.

The ceremony was held in warm and friendly air. Pointed reference was made to those who could not attend the ceremony in person because of their official duties.
