Security Papers. and Russian-Lao Friendship Society, the Laos Government and a Russian Company .Region-Oil. signed memorandums on understanding, on designing and constructing three hydroelectric power stations (Nam Kong-1, Nam Kong-3, Xe Kong-4, Xe Kong-5).

The total volume of investments will exceed US$ 1.200 mln. The signing ceremony was attended by HE Deputy Prime-Minister of Lao PDR Thonglou Sisoulith.
