On March 18-25, 2006, First Vice Chairman of the Federal Society of Russian-Vietnamese Friendship Prof. Dr. Igor D. Panfilov and Head of .MK-Group. Company Mr. Alexander A. Dokhikian paid a formal visit to Vietnam. A meeting of Russian-Vietnamese JV .Dam-Vua. was held in the course of the visit. The parties discussed the directions of mutual activities, including salt extraction, and different perspective projects. They highly valued the job done; outlined and coordinated current year plans. The delegation visited German Titov Island and placed flowers to pay the tribute to the second World cosmonaut, who made a space flight 45 years ago and for a number of years was the honorary chairman of the Federal Society of Russian-Vietnamese Friendship and the head of .Dam Vua. JV.

A number of meetings were held with the representative of Government of Moscow Mr. V. Gonchar; a contract on delivering security paper to Vietnam was signed with the governing body of the State Bank of Vietnam.
