The official signing ceremony on the Gold Prospecting and
Exploration Agreement in Sanakham district,
Vientiane province between the Goverment of the Lao PDR and "Dao Lao"
Russian-Laotian Joint venture
was held in Vientiane capital on November 24,2009.
The Document was signed by Mr. M.Krivoruchenko,JV"Dao Lao" Director
General and Mr. V.Gonchar, JV "Dao Lao" Finacial Director from russian
part and Mr. Teongvisai Teongmi, Deputy minister of Planing and
Investment, Dr.Simone Phichit, the Ministry of Energy and Mining from
the part of Laos.
The Ceremony was attended by the Embassador of Extraordinary and
Plenipotentialy of Russia in Lao
PDR H.E.V.Plotnikov, the first secretary of russian ambassy Mr.
A.Prokhorov, Mr.V.Morgun, Director General of "Region Oil"
company,Mr.M.Parshin, Head of the Gelogical Department "Neyland",
Mr.Yu.Kerbo, representative of Russia-Laos friendship association in
Laos as well as high ranking representatives of laotian ministries and
other officials.
