The Russian delegation of the Russian-Laotion Society of Friendship headed by the Chairman of the Society and chief of the State Federal Statistic Department Mr.V.L. Sokolin paid an official visit to Laos from the 1-st till the 8-th of December 2007.Mr. Sokolin rode through the Country, met with the Leaders of Provinces, had some talks with his colleaqe - H.E. Minister of Communications, Transport, Post and Constructions Sommath Pholsena.Vladimir Leonidovich had also visited museums and some places concerned with the history of beginnings and development the Country of "Million elephants and White umbrella".
